Select sleeve that fits your finger snug. Pull seam over knuckle. If you experience discomfort, swelling or redness try a larger size. Chart for choosing the correct size: Small - Red: 5/8 in; Medium - Black: 3/4 in; Large - Blue: 1 in; Extra Large - Green: 1-1/8 in. Identify your size by the color of thread along the seam.
