      coconut crowned fruit salad - ingredients: 1-1/2 cup fresh cantaloupe balls or chunks, 1-1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks, 1 cup fresh blackberries, 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved, 2 small kiwi fruit peeled, halved, sliced, 2 tbsp fresh lime juice, 1 tbsp honey fc, 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes fc, preparation instructions: place cantaloupe, pineapple, blackberries, strawberries and kiwi fruit in a large bowl. Combine lime juice and honey, drizzle over fruit and combine gently using a rubber spatula. Spoon fruit into individual serving dishes. Sprinkle 2 to 3 tbsp coconut over each serving. Makes 4 to 6 servings, fc = food club brand
