      Beans with sausage and mushrooms - ingredients: 2 tbsp olive oil fc, 1-1/3 cups smoked pork belly, roughly chopped, 12 oz chorizo sausage, peeled and sliced, 1 large onion, diced, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced, 1 (30 oz) can chili beans fc, 2 cups small porcini mushrooms, brushed clean, 2 cups vegetable broth fc, 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper fc, cooking directions: heat the oil in dutch oven over medium heat until hot. Add the pork belly and chorizo, sauteing until starting to color, 5 minutes. Stir in onion, garlic and a pinch of salt, sauteing until softened and starting to color, 5-6 minutes. Add carrots, sauteing for 2 minutes. Stir in mushrooms and chili beans, cover with broth. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer and cook over a low heat until the beans are tender, 30 minutes; Stirring. Season and garnish with parsley. Makes 4 servings, fc = food club brand
