      Directions: Stir 2 teaspoons of TopCare total fiber supplement into 4-8 oz of your favorite beverage or soft food. Stir well until dissolved. Not recommended for carbonated beverages.

      Store at controlled room temperature 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Protect from moisture. Use within 6 months of opening.
